2 bedroom, cozy lake house suite. Beautiful Old Florida Lake House - This is a suite within the owner's family home with private entrance and no shared common spaces. Guests have their own private entrance, patio & bathroom. Available are two rooms, one with a queen bed and the second small room as a sitting room. Please note that the guest bedroom and bathroom share a common wall/door with host's residence. Lots of natural light, painted concrete floors with area rugs. The two room suite offers a private bathroom with large walk in shower and outdoor private patio overlooking the wooded conservation area. Kitchen amenities include mini frig, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & tea kettle with a sink in the bathroom.

Private access to bedroom (14' x 10'), adjacent sitting room (11' x 7') & bathroom. Shared enjoyment of the lakeside deck, kayaks & grounds. Complimentary use of kayaks and canoe. Enjoy the beauty of natural Florida under the cool shade of the cypress trees with the convenience of easy access to downtown Tampa, the Tampa International Airport, Ybor City, Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, USF, University of Tampa, Lowry Park Zoo, The Florida Aquarium, the Straz Center, Carrolwood, Tarpon Springs & Gulf Beaches.
Other things to note
Enjoy amenities such as kayaks, canoes, swimming & sunning lakeside, picnicking & grilling. Shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Safe, quiet roads for walking or jogging.

Miss Ruby is a beautiful 1965 Renovated Vintage Camper, 13 feet of private, cozy & clean. Guests control climate for personal comfort with quiet as a whisper a/c & heating unit. Queen sized bed with comfort coil mattress & Tempurpedic topper, 100% cotton sheets and quality bedding. TV with Roku, mini-frig, tea kettle, french press, hot plate & toaster oven. New outdoor bath house with hot & cold water open air shower, toilet/sink with complete privacy.
Guest access:
Miss Ruby is all yours during your stay, including private use of the outdoor bathhouse. The spacious grounds with majestic cypress trees & lakeside deck are shared by other airbnb guests & your host.

I live steps away in the main house and am available and on the property most of the time should any need arise.
