All guests must provide a government verified identification

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM

The Cozy Suite shares common walls/locked doors within owner's home. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, I highly recommend you book our other listing, our free-standing fully renovated and climate controlled Vintage Camper, Miss Ruby.

Children are welcome, however our space is not properly child proofed and adults must keep an eye on young children.

Occupancy limited to registered guests.

Smoking and vaping ok away from entrances. Kindly dispose of butts in the outdoor trash bins. Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.

Kitchen amenities include: microwave (Cozy Suite), toaster oven (Miss Ruby), refrigerator, coffee maker and/or french press, tea kettle, cutting board, utensils and toaster, coffee, tea, creamers & sweeteners. A hot plate, pots and pans are available upon request. There is no stove or oven and just one sink for guests, located in the bathroom (Cozy Suite). Miss Ruby has a counter top with sink. Just let me know if you have any special requests and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.

A charge will be applied for any excessively stained towels or linens that will not come clean with spot treatment and washing. Please ask if you need a rag for cleaning shoes, muddy surfaces, etc.

Pet(s) live on property - We share our home with our feline friend Ellie. She isn't allowed in the guest rooms.

Security Deposit - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200

Surveillance or recording devices on property - Two outdoor cameras are on the property monitoring the driveway and yard.

Hold owner harmless for any mishaps while swimming, canoeing or kayaking. Use at your own risk.

Cancellations

Strict cancellation policy: Cancellations 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
